With so many blinds available on the market it can be confusing choosing between the numerous options available, especially when you have no idea what type of blinds are suitable for a conservatory. At SunRise Blinds we have devised this helpful guide which gives a brief overview of the types of blinds you can choose between.
Roller, pleated and vertical blinds are all very good for a conservatory – however we at SunRise Blind supply two systems which give you a better finish, more control over the amount of light which enters the conservatory and the amount of privacy you have. These are called the Louvolite ‘Perfect Fit’ system and the Eclipse ‘Intu’ system.
The Louvolite ‘Perfect Fit’ System
This is perfect for conservatories as it means that every pane of glass is given its own blind. This not only creates a smart finish it also allows you to have complete control over the amount of light and privacy you have in the conservatory. The blinds are installed by sliding the brackets under the window seal, to create a seamless finish which has a secured frame which enables the blinds to be fitted on windows which are on a slant, without the blind falling away from the window.
With this system you can incorporate pleated, roller or venetian conservatory blinds in a wide choice of colours and fabrics so that you are able to get just the look you are searching for. We also have the ‘Perfect Fit International’ roof blinds – so that you can place blinds on your loft window or the roof of your conservatory.
This is an alternative to the ‘perfect fit’ system which is based on the same principal in that the blinds fit over the each window, but rather than having a frame, you operate the blind by pulling the blind down by its bottom bar. This type of system is available with roller or venetian blinds, and you can choose from a wide selection of fabrics, colours and patterns to complement the interior design of your conservatory.
